📦 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following conditions:
Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition.
Return Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Method: Returns are made by mail. If applicable, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
🔍 Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your package within 7 days of delivery and check:
That your full order has been delivered.
That all items are in perfect, undamaged condition.
That the text, logo, or artwork matches the proof we sent and you approved.
If anything looks off, we’re here to help.
🚨 Received a Damaged Item?
If any product arrives damaged, please reach out to your Customer Care Representative immediately. We’ll:
Request photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Determine if a replacement is needed.
Let you know if the item needs to be returned (we’ll cover the return shipping).
Handle the courier claim process (e.g. with UPS) on your behalf.
We’ll work closely with you to resolve the issue quickly.
✏️ Text or Artwork Not Correct?
If the engraving, text, or design doesn’t match the proof you approved:
Contact your Customer Care Rep right away.
We’ll review your final approved proof.
Then, we’ll collaborate with you to resolve the issue and make it right.
